About the event
Let's start a Springbank Community Association book club! Explore various genres, discover new authors, and engage in thought-provoking conversations with fellow book lovers. Dive deeper into the themes, characters, and the context in which a book were written. Members can take turns selecting the book of the month, ensuring that everyone has a chance to introduce their favorite reads to the group.
Our first book will be The Ministry of Time by Kaliene Bradley.
Currently on sale at Costco, this is one of Barack Obama's favourite books, a winner of Goodreads Choice award for science fiction, a best book of the year: NPR, Vanity Fair, Esquire, Vox, Good Housekeeping, The independent, Parade, Kirkus reviews and more.
